Under the hood, Comments (also referred to as Decisions) are actually the SurveyInstanceAnswer AssetWise object type. Therefore, the first thing to be configured are the Survey Questions and Answers using AssetWise Director. Each comment is a SurveyInstance with one and only one SurveyInstanceQuestion containing multiple SurveyInstanceAnswers per user for a single Document and Task.
